The open close switch OCS can be supplied with fire or fire & smoke dampers to indicate the blade position.
It is a switch box with two switches that indicate the fully open and fully closed positions of the blades, operated by a lever connected to the damper blades. The blade position can be shown on the damper control panel or on the fire alarm panel, as required.
The open close switch OCS-M can be fitted to control dampers or fusible link fire dampers to show the blade position.
The Caryaire resettable temperature response device (RTR) is used on its own or with an open close switch (OCS) in fire and fire & smoke dampers.
Caryaire model FSD-FA is a multi-blade fire and smoke damper with 3V style blades that gives front access, through the grill, to the damper, actuator and thermal release device.
Models FSD-A and B are multi-blade fire and smoke dampers with 3V style blades, designed to close the HVAC duct opening in emergency fire situations.
