The open close switch OCS-M can be fitted to control dampers or fusible link fire dampers to show the blade position.
It is a box with two switches that indicate the open and closed positions of the blades. Mounted directly on the blade axle, the switches are activated as the blades close or open, and the position can be displayed remotely.
The Caryaire resettable temperature response device (RTR) is used on its own or with an open close switch (OCS) in fire and fire & smoke dampers.
Caryaire model FSD-FA is a multi-blade fire and smoke damper with 3V style blades that gives front access, through the grill, to the damper, actuator and thermal release device.
Models FSD-A and B are multi-blade fire and smoke dampers with 3V style blades, designed to close the HVAC duct opening in emergency fire situations.
