About Emotron VSM
A cost-effective, safe and energy-efficient solution for demanding industrial environments, the Emotron VSM offers process owners a high level of reliability and productivity. It suits applications such as fans, pumps, blowers and compressors.
As standard, the VSM is rated for heavy duty and has a built-in brake chopper, so it suits a variety of industrial applications. Multi-step frequency and a choice of acceleration and deceleration curves let it follow different speed profiles as your process requires. The built-in potentiometer on the keypad removes the need for an external potentiometer, saving cost and improving reliability for OEMs. Alongside hardwired communication, Modbus 485 communication comes as standard, so the drive can be controlled from the plant control system.
Designed for 50°C ambient temperature and fitted with coated boards, the VSM is an ideal choice for tough industrial environments.
